I'm practicing Shibashi Qigong right now but would like to practice a medical qigong to regain vibrant health after a long time with CFS and digestive problems.

I'd really like to see the qigong practiced as I learn better visually but do not own a video player.

Will the CD provide all I need to learn correctly? What is the difference between Master He's Qigong and Dr Paul Lam's? I ask because he sells a DVD which I could watch on my PC.

I truly wish to have the best form available for my healing.

Thank you and bless you

Dean

You do not need to watch a video to learn master He's Taiji Five-element medical qigong since most of the forms are meditation wihtout movement, the instructional CD or tapes should be enough for you to start.

Given the fact there are thousand different qigong forms out there, it is probably difficult for us to tell you what the differences are in a few sentences until you experience it yourself. As far as I know, Dr. Paul Lam teaches mainly Tai chi and movement qigong, which could be very different from the Taiji Five-element qigong that are primarily based on Daosit meditation, qi generation, guided imagery, purification, and mind-body integration.

The new Qigong DVD by WISH is mainly a docuementary of successful healing stories, not an instructional video.
