Dear Instructors, I have practice Taiji Five Element Qigong for quite sometime now and have gotten good results in terms of increase well-being and stronger resistance. My question is: how does one deal with spontaneous movements that arises during classical meditation (as oppose to magnification). An example would be spontaneous flapping of hands and feet while sitting. Although I do not get spontaneous movements very often, I would just like to know how to deal with them during Classical Meditation as I do not know whether to "flow" with the movements (as in magnification) or to continue with the visualization. The reason for this is that I sometimes get them during the planetary visualization stage. Thanks again for your time and attention. Best wishes to everybody. No matter what happens during qigong practice, the method to deal with it is always same: follow the naturalness: whatever come, let it come and let it go. Go not holding against anything or restrict anything. The key for a good qigong practice is always: relaxation, tranquality and naturalness. Message was created on 7/16/2006 11:52:21 PM |
