Dear Instructors, Recently, due to work assignment, I did not access to a CD player. so I practice Classical Meditation without the CD. Because there is not CD guidance, the lenght of time that I spent on each stage of practice, especially during the planetary stage, vary quite substantially from that of the CD. I only got to know about it after I have finish practising and look at the clock. As I have noticed, the time spent on the different planets varies (as in the CD) - shorter in the beginning and quite long during at the end. I tried my best to adhere to this pattern, but definitely, without the CD, the lenght of time will vary. I wonder whether this is ok ? Or is it the timing of each stage is fixed and a necessary feature of the system (In which case, I would need to buy a portable CD player). Please do enlightened me on this issue. Thanks for your time and attention. Best wishes to all. Message was created on 5/7/2006 8:37:36 PM |

There are definitely more people who practice qigiong witout CD than those who do. CD player has a history of 20 years, while qigong was practiced for thousands of years.... Follow your instinct and figure out what's best for you Message was created on 7/16/2006 11:49:39 PM |
