Your can call the office again during the day, or email the office at qigong4us@aol.com. For a starter, you may want to order a set of CD or tape, plus the instructional video to learn the taiji five-element qigong meditation yourselves. If you live close by in NJ, you may stop by the WISH office on Saturday morning to practice qigong with other students (9:30--11:30am every Saturday). Best wishes!
